Certified Vinyasa yoga teacher
With a career in criminology and more than 10 years of practice, Annie discovered yoga in 2013. The benefits were immediate: flexibility, strength, stability and balance. Having discovered a new relationship with her body, based on awareness, respect, control and stability, Annie found in yoga a true passion. The aspects of calmness, relaxation and the importance of breath also positively tinted her daily life. With a regular and sustained personal practice, a curiosity to discover different studios, approaches and workshops, Annie decided in 2017 to embark on a teacher training in Mysore, India, with Samyak yoga for a 200-hours experience in Vinyasa that nourished her body and her mind, then another 300 hour training in 2019 at Hatha Yoga World in Rishikesh. She also acquired certifications in yoga for seniors and children (Institut Vidya de Mont Saint-Hilaire), prenatal and postnatal yoga, yin yoga, yoga nidra and laughter yoga! Annie wishes to share her love of yoga and her love of life by offering you a space for the body, and for the heart!
