Certified Vinyasa yoga teacher


After several years of intense training, and various injuries, Annie discovered yoga in 2013. The benefits were immediate: flexibility and strength, stability and balance. Having discovered a new relationship with her body, based on awareness, respect, control and stability, Annie found in yoga a true passion. The aspects of calm, relaxation and the importance of breath also positively tinted her daily life. With a regular and sustained personal practice, a curiosity to discover different studios, approaches and workshops, Annie decided, in 2017, to embark on a teacher training in Mysore, India, with Samyak yoga. A 200-hours experience in Vinyasa that nourished her body and her mind. Annie wishes to share her love of yoga and her love of life by offering you a space for the body, and for the heart!
