All classes are taught in french. First come first serve, unless reservation. To secure a place, you can reserve by phone or email prior to the class, or also reserve for a full semester. Full classes will be advertised on the web site.

Hatha yoga

Sequence of postures in slow paced rythm, where alignment, breath, flexibility and strength wake up the body and the consciousness. Ideal for those enjoying a softer but still challenging practice, or those new to yoga!

Vinyasa yoga

Sequence of postures in a flowing movement, guided by the breath. In vinyasa, the transitions become as important as the postures themselves. More dynamic.

Level 1 is for everyone. Those without any experience, as well as those wishing to revisit an already established practice.

Level 2 is for people with an already existing regular practice, and a base knowledge of the Ashtanga primary series.

Ashtanga yoga

Guided practice of the Ashtanga primary series, adapted for all; with variations in order and selection of postures.
